Yuki Sanada has always felt like a fish out of water. Socially awkward and anxious, he struggles to fit in with his surroundings and moves from town to town with his grandma. As he and his grandma settle into the charming seaside town of Enoshima, Yuki hopes for a fresh start. However, his reputation at school is jeopardized by the arrival of fellow transfer student Haru. The eccentric Haru immediately makes a splash, wildly claiming to be an alien and declaring that Yuki is his friend. He asks the beautiful shop owner Shioriko to authenticate the book. However, the book in question hides an unexpected secret from his grandmother.

Juzo Murasaki is a young man traumatized by his experience of bullying at school. He returns to his hometown and takes a job on a building site with his old nemesis Toru Akai. But Juzo's trauma has created a monster; he harbors a second personality, Neighbor No. 13, a vicious, brutal and disfigured character intent on exacting a painful revenge on his bully.

Elves who were driven out from the elf forest of another world now live in Kanagawa Prefecture. Having completely adapted to modern day Japan, they launch a radio program in an effort to befriend human. The director is a human from Kawasaki and the assistant director is an orc from Machida. They broadcast live from various locations with a deep love of their respective regions within the prefecture and always deliver a radio program full of excitement. Will these elves be able to become friends with humans?
